Jurgen Klopp's injury nightmare continues.
Sadio Mane has already been ruled out for the rest of the season, but now Philippe Coutinho is a major doubt for Saturday's trip to Stoke City.
"Phil is still ill and was not at Melwood yesterday and he will not be here today," admitted Klopp
"He feels much better, but it doesn't look too good.
"Stoke is not too far away so we will give him all the time he needs, but it will be really close."
If the Brazilian playmaker misses the game then it will be a huge blow, with Liverpool needing results to guarantee a top four place in the Premier League.
