Morgan returns with final bid

Morgan will offer the Liverpool board a £100m deal next month and is confident that this time it will be accepted by David Moores. Morgan has had three bids turned down already but is confident this one will go through.

Morgan hopes to buy a number of shares from David Moores so Moores is no longer majority shareholder. However, Moores would remain as chairman with Morgan sitting on the board.
