Nando glad to be a Red

Morientes has struggled to adapt to the fast pace of the Premiership so far but the Spanish international says he was right to join the Reds and his has helped him as a player.

"In the last three years I have made the right decisions and things are working out as I expected," said Morientes.
 
"Playing in France and England has enriched me as a person and as a player and it has re-opened the doors of the Spain squad for me in the World Cup year.
 
"I have had a period with continual changes in my career and you need time to adapt to play in France and England."
