Neill deal relies on Warnock

Talks between the two clubs broke down in August when Rovers insisted on a swap deal involving Stephen Warnock.

Four months on and after only 54 minutes of Premiership action this season, Warnock may be on his way to Ewood Park.

Sunderland are also reportedly interested in the Liverpool man, but their £1.75million bid isn't enough to get their man.
