"We want to give the Liverpool supporters a stadium that was competitive with the other leading clubs in the Premiership, so that required some slight changes in plans.
"We're trying to do it within the existing planning guidelines but we may need some modifications of that and it may take a little time. It's hard for me to predict the length of time but hopefully soon.
"We have never talked about groundshare with Everton and it is highly unlikely we ever would so its not a subject that's even on the agenda."
