Premiership rivals Arsenal will not appeal over the three-match ban given to striker Thierry Henry after he was found guilty of improper conduct following Arsenal's 3-1 home defeat by Newcastle on December 18th.

Henry will miss their games against Newcastle in the cup, Aston Villa and West Ham.

Meanwhile Manchester United's Ruud Van Nistelrooy has been named the Premiership player of the month for February - the second time this season that he has won the award.
