No loan deal for Cisse

Liverpool have told the French club if they want Cisse next season they must sign him on a permanent basis. The Reds are able to play hardball as Bolton also want to sign the Liverpool striker and are prepared to sign him on a permanent deal.
"It is true that there has been some contact with Bolton," said Cisse's agent Ranko Stojic.
I have met up with Sammy Lee on one occasion. He impressed me, not just as a coach, but as a person.
"He is a fantastic man. We are meeting Liverpool next week to find out what they want to do."
