Nunez - We were all disappointed

"We are all very disappointed," the Spanish midfielder told the official site. "It was a good chance for us to get closer to Everton and the top four positions but it was a bad game.

"For some reason we are not playing well in certain away games and this was one of them.

"The manager was obviously not happy because the team did not play well and every game is important for us now. We have to push hard if we want to get into the first four.

"I was really looking forward to playing again because I have missed the last four games. It was good for me to play but unfortunately the result did not go our way.

"With each game I play I feel I am adapting to the English game more. It is very physical but against Birmingham I feel I showed an improvement."
