O'Neill is on a 12-month rolling contract allowing him to take up any other offer at any time.
"It is totally and utterly untrue," said O'Neill. "How many times have I got to say it?
"Whatever is in my contract is between me and Celtic, but the story is totally and absolutely untrue so there's no point discussing clauses."
