Crewe boss Dario Gradi has been impressed with what he has seen of the Liverpool defender and has agreed a permanent move in principle, although compensation still needs to be discussed.

"I was delighted to hear that Dario wants me on a permanent basis but I'm going to speak to him about my situation closer to the end of my loan and take it from there," said Otsemobor.

"There's no need to make any decisions now. Dario has told me he wants to speak to me before the end of my loan spell

"I wouldn't rule anything out. I'm not a man for just saying 'no' I definitely won't come to Crewe.

"I'm playing regular football which is what I've always wanted to do and we're winning as well so I'm enjoying it."
