Owen celebrates fatherhood

Owen, who became the youngest player to score 100 Premirship goals only last Saturday, broke off from training this morning to be at girlfriend Louise Bonsall's bedside. The baby girl was named Gemma Rose Owen.

Owen was understandably elated by the news: "This is the most amazing moment of my life. I think I was more nervous than Louise", said the delighted 23-year-old, "We are very proud parents and look forward to spending time together as a family".
