England boss Sven Goran Eriksson says he is not concerned with Michael Owen's current goal drought.

While the media continue to try and stir it up and create even more pressure, Gerard Houllier and now Eriksson say it's nothing to worry about.

"I think this is the life of the striker," said Eriksson. "I think Michael Owen is playing good football, he is lively from what I saw and my scouts told me the same.

"Unfortunately he's not scoring but if you see every big striker in the world, it happens to them now and again and it becomes a thing inside the head more than a physical thing."
