Owen scores again

Owen opened his account for Real in the Champions League in midweek when he scored the only goal in their 1-0 win over Dinamo Kiev and it was more of the same yesterday when he scored the only goal of the game in Madrid's 1-0 defeat of Rafael Benitez' former club Valencia.

Owen had been criticised by the Spanish press recently but his name was cheered louder than anyones before kick-off and he received a standing ovation from the Real fans when he was subsituted yesterday.
