"The win is really important today and I lasted an hour," he said. "I've not trained for three weeks. I trained yesterday and played today so its not ideal situation but its paid off in the end.
"I've come off a little bit stiff. My injury has healed up now but its just a build up of bleeding or swelling that was in the leg.
"It's starting to ache me now but if that's the only problem then we can push on and try to get rid of that."
