"It's not about length of contracts because if managers are unhappy they will go," said Parry. "It's about Rafa being happy and doing what he enjoys doing. You have to be realistic.
"The price of success is that there are always other temptations but it's about whether we can keep on delivering and match Rafa's ambitions and give him the enjoyment and excitement he craves. We believe we can but there are no guarantees in life."
