Pimp my pundit

"I keep reading posts where people are complaining about pundits and commentators, even though they are doing exactly the same thing we do on the forums but get paid for it.

I have to wonder if there is a person in one of these positions that people feel isnt a lying, scheeming, duplicitous, bias, vacuous piece of scum.

Anyway, after trying to defend these people to some degree, I wondered if we had what it takes to be a commentator/pundit?

Can we collect the ultimate catalogue of pundit staples."
