Pompey still want Crouch

The FA Cup winners made a £9m bid for Crouch last month but that was immediately turned down by Liverpool who want at least £10m for the striker.

Portsmouth then claimed they would cool their interest in Crouch but Pompey chief executive Peter Storrie has since admitted the Reds striker is still their main transfer target this Summer.
