Pompey want Vignal

Vignal was told last season he had no future at Anfield and spent the season on loan at Rangers. Although the Scottish champions expressed an interest in permanently signing the young Frenchman they could not agree personal terms.

Vignal is now after a return to the Premiership with former Marseille boss Alain Perrin hoping to bring him to Fratton Park. Newcastle are also monitoring the situation.
