"I just felt Godwin deserved it as he leads by example," said Ablett.
"He always gives his all and I thought that would rub off on the rest of the players and tonight it did. I also thought Jay Spearing was outstanding in his first start for us and he certainly created a good impression. Jay is a good little player."
