Premiership changes

Clubs can now spread the transfer cost over the length of a player's contract to bring the Premiership in line with other European leagues which already allow this.

Also, loan transfers will be allowed between Premiership clubs. A limit of two players has been imposed, although there will be an allowance to sign an additional goalkeeper in emergency circumstances.
