Rafa backs Crouch to shine for England

Crouch was involved in both Liverpool goals last night and gave a very good all round display in front of the watching England manager to the delight of Rafa Benitez.

"Crouch played really well," said Benitez. "Mr Eriksson knows he's a good player and a good target man.
 
"He gives us more chances because he keeps the ball, and allows us to play good football. I'm sure Mr Eriksson will have been impressed."
