"To score a goal and the winner is the best thing for a striker and it was nice for Robbie on his birthday," enthused Benitez.
"I like to see Robbie scoring goals and it is good for me to see him working so hard and playing really well.
"We knew this game would be hard and a tough and physical one. We had problems with free-kicks, throw-ins and long balls in the first half but we were much better in the second half.
"We now have 70 points and maybe one more win will give us third place for sure."
