Rafa pleased with San Jose signing

Liverpool signed the Spanish defender from Athletico Bilbao this week and Rafa Benitez was glad to add the 18 year old to the squad.

"Mikel can play in central midfield or centre half. He won the Under-19 tournament with Spain during the summer and is a good prospect for the future," said the Reds boss.
