"I think the players can get better. We're playing well and having lots of possession but there are two or three small details which can make a big difference," Rafa said.
"The last pass, for example. Sometimes it's just about keeping calm at the end. We have the quality, it's just a case of finding the right ball. Now it is important to see all the players at the top of their game because December is a very difficult month with a lot of games to play."
"Being fourth in the table is certainly not the most important thing for me now and we are not watching the table every week," he added.
