Rafa tips Gerrard to be World Cup success

Steven Gerrard goes into the World Cup on the back of an excellent season for Liverpool and Rafa Benitez believes his captain will improve again during the tournament.

"Gerrard is a special player who is one of the best midfielders in the world," said Benitez.
 
"He's going to the World Cup in good physical condition and with a lot of confidence. He is ready to have a very good tournament, wherever he plays. He can be one of the stars of the competition."
