"We know that when Fernando is at his best he will score but if the team is scoring, with players like Dirk Kuyt getting goals, it's really positive," said Benitez.
"We have to look for goals from everywhere.
"When you have your top scorer scoring everyone can talk about him but for me as a manager it's better to have options and more players getting into the box and scoring goals. That also makes it more difficult for defenders.
"For me, Fernando was much better the other day. He was working very hard. We talk about strikers and we always try to talk about goals - but he was working for the team and that's a positive.
"I am sure he will score goals and if he keeps working at the same level then the team will continue to score goals too."
