Rafa wants improvement

Liverpool have hugely improved their league form this season. They have already racked up 12 points more than they did in the whole of last season with four games remaining and have cut the distance between Chelsea and themselves from 37 points last season to 15 points this time around.

Rafa Benitez has got to grips with the English game this season but he won't be sitting back and admiring his handiwork during the Summer; he'll be looking to improve his team so next season they push for the title.

"If you have a very good car and win a race, and after if you go again with the same car and only come third, you learn that you needed to improve that car," said the Liverpool manager.

"At Liverpool we have a very good car, but you always want a better car with a bigger engine. We have improved, but we need to continue that improvement."
