Rafa's loses interest in Simao

Liverpool have been keen to sign the Portuguese winger since last summer, but the arrival of Daniel Agger from Brondy means Rafael Benitez doesn't have to agree to inflated prices from Benifica.

The Liverpool boss is also reluctant to enter into transfer talks which may prove fruitless, as they did in August, and would rather look elsewhere than waste his time again.
