West Ham and Liverpool played in one of the most entertaining FA Cup finals in years back in May and Rafa Benitez has spoken of the respect he has for Alan Pardew's team.

"I always look forward to a game against West Ham because it is a team I have a lot of respect for and they are a good footballing side. I think it will be a good game for the supporters to watch and they play a very open game," said the Reds' manager.

"I want to see us winning and scoring goals but not conceding as many as we did in the FA Cup Final. When we are playing well we can beat anybody at Anfield and we know how important this game is for us."
