Redknapp eager for Anfield test

The Liverpool crowd have come under fierce criticism following the chorus of boos that greeted a 2-1 win over Man City on Wednesday, but the former West Ham boss feels that Anfield remains 'one of the great football places'.

Redknapp said: “If I’m honest, given the choice, it’s much more important to take something off Liverpool in the league but the FA Cup is still prestigious and Anfield still one of the great football places.”
