According to reports, Jamie Redknapp's proposed transfer to Totteham before Thursday's transfer deadline has collapsed due to Steven Gerrard's injury.
Gerrard looks set to be out of action for anything up to two weeks with a groin injury and this could prevent Redknapp from completing his move to London.
However Redknapp is missing from this evening's reserve squad that is preparing to take on Manchester City away from home creating further speculation that a move could still go ahead.
