Reds hoping for home draw

The champions of distant countries such as Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan or Armenia are in the draw tomorrow and Liverpool would like to avoid teams that are a good eight hours flight away.

Ideally the Reds would like to meet a home nation like TNS or Glentoran but trips to Luxembourg, Malta or the Faroe Islands would not worry them either.

Liverpool will be number one seeds in tomorrow's draw as UEFA have allowed them to retain their top seeding as Champions of Europe.
