The Italian outfit's director of sport, PiePaulo Marino insists that the Reds - along with Juventus, Parma and Lazio - are ready to table a bid for a player who scored seven times in 31 appearances last season.
PiePaulo said: "Juventus, Lazio, Parma and Liverpool are the teams who want him, and things will be unblocked in July."
