Crouch, who scored the winner against Chelsea yesterday, believes the Reds' Community Shield win is a good start to the season and can inspire the team to greater success this term.
"I want to win things and this is a good start to the season. We hope it is going to be a good season. People say it's not important to win the Community Shield but you see the fans and the players and see it is important," said the Liverpool striker.
