Reds linked with Pennant

The Reds have this morning been linked with a £3.5m move for Birmingham City's Jermaine Pennant. It is no secret that Rafael Benitez is seeking a right sided midfielder and Pennant could fit the bill. Birmingham's relegation suggests they will be willing to do business.
