Rafael Benitez is interested in bringing in the horse-faced striker on loan in January according to the Sunday Mirror. Van Nistlerooy has fallen out of favour at Real Madrid and the paper reckons he would be interested in joining Liverpool as he would get more games and that would boost his World Cup chances.
