Reds make new Gonzales appeal

Liverpool had similar appeals turned down last Summer and back in January. However, the Reds are more confident of success this time. Liverpool have signed Gonzales on a permanent deal rather than a loan, the player is injury free, he's impressed on loan at Real Sociedad to prove he is capable of playing at a high level, and Chile are now in the top 70 in FIFA's rankings.
