Reds must beat top teams

Under Rafael Benitez, Liverpool have taken ten points out of a possible forty-eight from Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United. It's a record that needs improving says Jamie Carragher.

"Our record against the top teams isn't a good one and it's something we've got to get right if we are to make that step up to become champions," said the Liverpool vice-captain.

"I don't think there is a big gap between us and Chelsea, United or Arsenal, and in the cup competitions over the last couple of years we've proved we can beat anyone. Now we've just got to do that in the league."
