Reds not under pressure

Liverpool go into Saturday's FA Cup final on the back of a great run, racking up eleven straight victories, a club record. However, Rafa Benitez says his players won't feel any pressure by being declared favourites to emerge victorious at the weekend.

"People say we are favourites but I don't see it like that. In a final it's 50-50. I don't think either side is under any particular pressure. The final is another kind of game and we can approach it with confidence," said the Liverpool boss.

"We play to win trophies. The FA Cup is the most famous cup competition in the world and it would be really, really fantastic for us to win.

"We go to the match with confidence but they will have confidence as well. They are a good team who play good football. It will be a tough game. We are scoring goals and not giving away a lot of chances so we can be confident.

"We don't feel under any greater pressure. The most difficult thing is to get to the final. Now you are in the final you must give one hundred per cent. I'm sure they will do the same."
