Arsenal's 1-1 draw with Portsmouth last night means Liverpool cannot finish lower than fourth this season. As long as Arsenal fail to win this season's Champions League that fourth spot guarentees a place in the Champions League 3rd round qualifier.
Liverpool need only four points from their remaining four games to wrap up third spot ahead of Tottenham Hotspur.
