Reds reject Crouch bid

Portsmouth yesterday made a £9m bid for the England striker but it was immediately turned down by the Reds who want £10m. The FA Cup winners are unlikely to increase their bid.

"I think Liverpool want a bit too much money for him. If that's the case we'll move on to the next option," said Pompey boss Harry Redknapp.
