England under 19's are playing in the UEFA Preparatory tournament and after a 1-1 draw with Spain at the weekend, yesterday played hosts Austria.

England had the worst possible start when they found themselves 2-0 down after only 18 minutes. However, Craig Lindfield quickly scored twice to level the game.

Austria went ahead 3-2 just before half time but a second half goal from Paul Anderson earned England a share of the spoils.

Anderson played the full 90 minutes for England while Craig Lindfield was subsituted at half time despite his brace of goals. Adam Hammill was a 63rd minute subsitute for England.
