Reds to put out strong side

Rafael Benitez has rested his big guns for Liverpool's last two league games but has hinted he will bring them back for the final league game of the season against Charlton on Sunday.

"We will assess the situation in training and then decide who should play for 90 minutes," said Benitez.

"Momo won't be available. He'll be missing for a week because of a knee problem. Pepe should be training again in the next two days, but we'll also have to see what the doctor says. It's not a serious problem.

"We know the game is not as important as the Champions League but we would still prefer to finish third in the Premiership."

The likes of Steven Gerrard and Jamie Carragher are likely to get at least a cameo run out to keep them sharp ahead of the European Cup final.
