Reds to sign striker

The Reds are apparently preparing a £1.5m bid for the teenager who is in the final year of his contract with Paris Saint Germain. The signing is expected to be completed when Liverpool return from their Swiss training camp.

Ngog is expected to go straight into the first team squad and his arrival could see the departure of Andriy Voronin after Hamburg were reported to have made a £3m bid for the Ukrainian.

Robbie Keane is also expected to join the Reds this week in a deal worth £15m, rising to £20m if Liverpool win the league or European Cup.
