Reds won't rest on their laurels

Liverpool overcame the toughest draw possible to reach the FA Cup final when they knocked out Champions elect Chelsea at Old Trafford on Saturday. However, Jamie Carragher insists that the Reds certainly don't think the hard work has now been done.

"Everyone always says that it is more heartbreaking to lose in the semi-final because no-one remembers them. That's why we are delighted to get through," said Carragher.

"It's a massive moment, but at the end of the day we haven't got any silverware, no-one will remember the semi-final if we don't get the Cup.

"Only then can we talk about the games against Luton, Chelsea and Manchester United. There have been some great victories along the way but the main thing is to actually win the Cup.

"We don't think we have done the hard part. It will be an FA Cup final and everyone will be up for that and realise what is a stake. You don't take it easy in a FA Cup final, there's no danger of that at all.

"We won the first final in Cardiff and we always wanted to go back. We thought our chance had gone last season but it is strange how things work out. The main thing is to win it."
