Ref change for Cup Final

Staffordshire ref Alan Wiley has been called up to replace Mike Dean as referee for the FA Cup Final, the FA has announced today.
Wiley replaces Dean, who comes from The Wirral, as part of a policy which sees referees from the same geographical area as cllubs competeing in Finals not being allowed to officiate in those finals.
