"The dressing room has always been happy, but even more so after our midweek Champions League win over Inter Milan," said the goalkeeper.
"We are together and we have always been strong, even during bad moments. Since I joined Liverpool three years ago, the secret of any success we've had has been our togetherness in the dressing room, and it's important people know we still have this.
"The manager is still supported because we see he has done well in the four years here.
"But it is still a dressing room and there are different opinions; of course there are. But the manager has remained calm during all these rumours and trusts in himself, first of all, and then in us.
"I feel good about him because he brought me in three years ago and all I have done since is improve. Fernando Torres probably feels the same because Rafa brought him in and has improved him with small details."
