"The reaction in Spain to the FA Cup win was very quiet. It is a big title here but back home the Copa Del Rey is not viewed in the same way as other honours," said the Liverpool goalkeeper.
"People said 'congratulations' but that was it. To be truly recognised in Spain, you have to win the Premiership or the Champions League.
"That is our aim. All the Spanish players know we have to do something significant to get noticed back home and that it what we are trying to do."
