Nemeth set up Pacheco to put the Reds 1-0 up before Notts County scored twice from set-pieces. Subsitute Andras Simon scored the equaliser in the second half.
"It was a really good test for us against a good team," said reserve team boss John McMahon.
"They were physically stronger than us but we competed and did well.
"It was a good experience for the young lads and we can take a lot from this game."
