The winger took a blow to the ankle during yesterday's 2-0 pre-season win over FC Lyn. He was immediately subsituted but Rafael Benitez has revealed that was a precaution more than anything else.
"He twisted his ankle, but I don't think it is serious. We had to take him off, but it is always better to be careful with these things," said the boss.
